Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 250g penne pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
  4. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
  6. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce.
  2. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Transfer to serving plates.
  2. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
